What are traditions? Traditions can give us that warm fuzzy feeling that connect us to our past.
Traditions can make us feel connected and comfortable. We necessarily may not agree with all those hand me down customs and beliefs from generation to generation, but still we like tradition to exist. Some traditions are obsolete and cannot be enacted into our lives. I wonder if some traditions keep us in bondage.
When Jesus came on the earthly scene, He was all about a change. Traditions were making the word of God of none effect. How could that be? And, why was their traditions interfering with God's word?
